Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 10×15-inch pan with parchment.

Beat eggs and sugar until pale and thick (5–7 min).

Gently fold in flour, milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Pour into pan and spread evenly. Bake 10–12 min.

Invert onto clean towel or parchment, roll up while warm. Cool.

Whip cream, sugar, and remaining vanilla until stiff.

Unroll cake, spread cream and strawberries. Re-roll and chill.
