Instructions

  1. Stir warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5–10 min until foamy.

  2. Mix in egg, butter, salt, and flour. Knead by hand or mixer for 8–10 min.

  3. Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled.

  4. Divide into 12 rolls. Place in greased 9×13 pan. Rise 30 min.

  5. Bake at 375°F for 15–18 min. Brush with melted butter.

We’re Mochi & Miso—two cats with very different personalities but a shared love of baking.

Mochi is the dreamer of the duo. Always found curled up in a sunny spot or sneaking snacks between naps. He has a soft spot for soft things—especially cakes, cookies, and anything dusted in sugar. He’s the heart behind our sweet recipes, where comfort and indulgence meet.
